Hopsicle is our new Cold IPA fermented with our house lager yeast. This is fermented at lower temperatures than our other IPAs & brewed with Pilsner malt, spelt, flaked wheat, and malted oats. Then we aggressively dry hopped with Sabro and Mosaic.
