"Pucker Up Buttercup" is a barrel aged Saison. We aged this beer in white oak, Chardonnay barrels for 6 months and then back blended it with red sour cherry puree from Oregon. This ale smells like cherry pie and is incredibly crushable at 4.8% a.b.v.
"Lil' Sebastian" is a revamped version of our "Mini Pony" Witbier. "Lil' Sebastian" was hopped with Huell Melon and Comet hops, then specific amounts of coriander and bitter orange peel were added to the boil. The result it a 5.2% a.b.v. ale that will have you reminiscing about warmer weather.
This is the first installment to a new, sporadic, semi-reoccurring series, called "Something Old, Something New". For this series we will tweak certain elements of fan favorite beers and let experimentation run amuck. "Something Old, Something New #1" is a single IPA weighing in at 6.2% a.b.v. and 95 IBU's. Made with Pale Malt, Vienna Malt, Citra, Simcoe, Chinook and fermented with a specialty yeast strain.
This is the second beer in the series and it’s a lactose infused IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops. Fermented with a proprietary yeast strain and then dry hopped with more Citra and Mosaic.
Our 3rd release of the "Something Old, Something New" series is a DIPA loaded with hops. This 8% a.b.v., 63 IBU, DIPA is generously hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Denali and El Dorado hops. Tropical fruit aromas and flavors reign supreme in this ale.
