Our friends from Breweries in PA helped us make this hazy New England Style DIPA. Brewed with Citra, Vic Secret hops with Lactose.
A clean IPA that might trick you into thinking its a Pale Ale. Brewed with Citra and Falconers Flight hops.
Our friends from Riesentoter (Porsche Club of America) had Knob Creek distill them their very own barrel of whiskey, which we then took and aged an Imperial Stout in for 1 month. "Giant Slayer" is a 8.5% a.b.v. bourbon barrel aged, nitro, Imperial Stout. This ale is loaded with specialty malts and over a half ton of Pale Malt. Riesentoter is German for Giant Slayer/Killer and this smooth, creamy, ale is aptly named for it's high a.b.v. and drinkability.
This smooth tasting stout appears sweet and innocent, but this is no 8 second ride. The flaked oats create a silky mouth feel in this Russian Imperial. Chocolate malts and roasted barley come together to create a hearty nose. The velvety finish of this stout makes it deceivingly delicious and leaves you wanting one more ride.
We all love the high octane IPA's, but how many pints at 8-9% can you actually have? Sugar Coated Pony Kisses was created in order to satisfy your lupulin jones without sacrificing flavor for a lower a.b.v. This 5.8% a.b.v. ale was made with Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Flaked Oats, Lactose Sugar and Falconer's Flight, Mosaic, and Madarina Bavaria hops. The culmination is a gentle, yet firm, Sugar Coated Pony Kiss at 55 IBU's!
