As the day heats up and the first drop of sweat forms on your head, you start to think about those overly large plastic cups full of that sugary solution from your favorite convenience store. Don't do it! Our newest session IPA has everything you need to guzzle that thirst away. Sure, it might not be in that novelty cup you wanted. But a chilled glass of Guzzler SIPA, with its clean, slightly hoppy flavor of Cascade and Centennial, and a cool aroma of Citra, will have you coming back for more.
Could this Boysenberry Gose be a one night stand, or a lifelong commitment to happiness? We will leave that choice to you. Date with Jake is created with real boysenberry and blueberry fruit puree, with a slight sea salt finish and refreshing 4.2% ABV. Make a date with this beer!
We know Stickman Brews claims to make the best DDH DIPA in South Eastern PA, but what about the Galaxy?! We submit to you a DDH DIPA were calling "Andromeda". This lactose sugar, flaked oat, flaked wheat, pils malt, infused DDH DIPA, was hopped intergalactically with Citra and Galaxy hops. Flavors of orange juice, pineapple and mango dominate this 8.0% a.b.v., 30 IBU ale. *No fruit was harmed in the making of this beer*
This low a.b.v. Saison (5.3%) is a valid option for warm weather drinking. Pils Malt, Wheat Malt, Rye Malt, and a touch of Flaked Oats compliment the late hop editions of Jarrylo and Huell Melon. Notes of banana, spices, and a touch of strawberry are present in this ale.
“Album Cover” is a 4.1% a.b.v., Cranberry/Key Lime Gose that we made with our friends from Free Will Brewing Company. This refreshingly tart ale was soured with a strain of lactobacillus in the kettle and then back blended with all natural cranberry purée and key lime juice in the fermenter. “Album Cover” drinks more like a kombucha than a beer and is perfect for spring/summer enjoyment. Cheers!
Fancy a pint of the black stuff?! Look no further as Murphy’s Law is the quintessential example of a dry Irish Stout. Made with Pale malt, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, Flaked Oats and a pinch of chocolate malt. This 4.2% a.b.v. ale is Ireland in a glass.
A witbier mashed with Pale Malt, Flaked Wheat and Flaked Oats. During the boil we added just a smidgen of coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with EKG & Tettnang, but the secret to this beer is the generous amount of raspberry puree is was conditioned on. Don't let the pinkish, red hue of the beer fool you, it is not super sweet. It is the perfect combination of sweet and slightly tart, all while retaining the yeast character of a witbier.
Try to find another East coast brew that can produce this much West coast flavor – we dare ya! Copious amounts of Simcoe & Citra collide with Chinook bittering hops to compliment the Pale and Vienna malts. This creates that quintessential flavor that we’ve all come to know and love from West coast IPAs, only we’re doing it on the East coast!
Smooth kolsch flavored with Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Crisp and smooth.
We all love the high octane IPA's, but how many pints at 8-9% can you actually have? Sugar Coated Pony Kisses was created in order to satisfy your lupulin jones without sacrificing flavor for a lower a.b.v. This 5.8% a.b.v. ale was made with Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Flaked Oats, Lactose Sugar and Falconer's Flight, Mosaic, and Madarina Bavaria hops. The culmination is a gentle, yet firm, Sugar Coated Pony Kiss at 55 IBU's!
